"Genealogy is the study of families and the tracing of their lineages and history. Genealogists use oral traditions, historical records, genetic analysis, and other records to obtain information about a family and to demonstrate kinship and pedigrees of its members. There are many ways to go about genealogical research. The two main types are Family Lines and DNA Research. We use both. Some are Free while others charge a fee. Those that charge a fee usually allow you to get more in depth information. The main sites We use are Genebase.com FTDNA,& Ancestry.com. Both of these sites deal with lineage and DNA.
